Frame & suspension: Lifetime

Every Reserve Collection frame and its seat support system — sinuous coil or Pirelli webbing — is covered against structural defects for the life of the original owner. This isn't fine print — it's the promise we make because we know what goes into the build.

Cushioning: 10 years

High-resilience foam cores are covered for 10 years against loss of shape beyond normal use. Normal softening with time is expected; premature failure is not.

Upholstery materials: 1 year

Fabrics and leathers are covered for 1 year against manufacturer defects such as improper stitching, fiber separation, or unusual color shift. Normal wear, sun exposure, and pet damage are not covered — but our Austin workshop can repair or re-cover at workshop rates whenever you'd like.

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse, alterations, or commercial use (unless purchased as contract)
• Fading from direct sunlight exposure
• Natural wear patterns and leather patina (which we consider a feature)
• Damage from pets, children, or accidents (covered by the optional Protection Plan)

Filing a claim

Email hello@furniturereserve.com with photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief description. We'll respond within one business day with next steps — usually a home visit from our repair team.
