When your piece is ready, our team calls to schedule a delivery day and a 2-hour arrival window that works for you.

The Day Before
A reminder text with your crew's names, vehicle type, and a live tracking link so you know exactly when they'll arrive.

Arrival & Inspection
Our crew arrives in uniform with a moving blanket, doormats, and all the tools they need. They inspect the piece before bringing it in.

Placement
They carry the piece into the room of your choice, unwrap it, level it, and adjust anything that needs adjusting.
