Love it or return it. We stand behind every piece we sell, and we'd rather have you happy than have the sale.
In-stock pieces
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Our team will pick up the piece at no cost, issue your refund within 3 business days of receipt, and take care of the rest. No restocking fee on in-stock items.
What counts as in-stock?
Anything marked Quick Ship on the product page, any Tempur-Pedic mattress, and most accent chairs and occasional tables. If you're not sure, check the product page or ask your designer.
Reserve Collection & special orders
Made-to-order Reserve Collection pieces are final sale once production begins — typically 24 hours after your order is placed. Before that window, changes or cancellations are always welcome, no questions asked.
If your piece arrives and something is genuinely wrong — a defect, shipping damage, or an error on our end — we'll make it right at our expense, every time.
Damages in transit
Please report any shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery. Snap a photo, email it to hello@furniturereserve.com, and we'll replace or repair at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email hello@furniturereserve.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm eligibility and schedule pickup within 48 hours.
- Once we receive the piece, we inspect it and process your refund.
