What's covered

Accidental damage — 4 years

• Food, beverage, and pet accident stains (cleaned by a technician, not DIY)
• Punctures, cuts, and rips from accidents
• Burns and heat marks from candles, cigarettes, curling irons, etc.
• Scratches and gouges on wood surfaces
• Breakage of mechanical parts (recliner mechanisms, motorized components)

Structural — extends the frame warranty

• Seam separation
• Frame issues beyond the manufacturer lifetime warranty
• Fabric pilling that exceeds normal wear

How it works

1. File a claim online or by phone within 30 days of the incident.
2. A trained technician visits to assess the damage.
3. Repairs happen in-home whenever possible — deep cleaning, stain treatment, stitch repair, spot refinishing.
4. If a piece can't be restored to good condition, the plan replaces it with the equivalent current product.

What's not covered

• Intentional damage
• Damage from improper cleaning chemicals
• Normal wear and tear (that's covered separately by our lifetime warranty)
• Damage from commercial use

Pricing

Coverage is priced at 8% of the piece's purchase value. A $3,000 sofa runs $240 for 4 years of coverage. Most customers find it pays for itself with a single technician visit.

Claim limits

Unlimited claims over the 4-year term, up to the total coverage amount (the original purchase price). Most customers never file one; many who do are glad they had it.
