Absolutely. Our Reserve Collection pieces are made to order in your choice of 500+ fabrics and leathers, and most frames can be scaled to your space within a reasonable range.

Kiln-dried hardwood frames, eight-way hand-tied springs, and high-resilience foam cushioning are what separate built-to-last from built-to-replace. Most mass retail uses engineered wood frames, s-springs, and lower-density foam.

Typically 4–6 weeks from order to delivery. Quick-ship options (2–4 weeks) are available on select pieces and fabrics.

Yes — complimentary white-glove delivery within greater Austin on orders over $2,500. Outside Austin we ship nationally through trusted white-glove carriers.

Our team calls 24 hours ahead with a 2-hour window. They bring the piece into the room of your choice, unwrap it, inspect it, and take all packaging back with them.

Yes, Saturdays are available. Sunday delivery is occasional but possible — just ask when scheduling.

30 days from delivery for in-stock pieces — we'll arrange pickup and refund. Reserve Collection made-to-order pieces are final sale once production starts (24 hours after order placement).

Every Reserve Collection frame and its eight-way hand-tied spring system is covered against structural defects for the life of the original owner. Foam is covered 10 years, upholstery materials 3 years.

Check our Care Guide — we have specific instructions for upholstery, leather, and wood finishes. TLDR: vacuum weekly with a soft brush, rotate cushions monthly, condition leather every 6–12 months.
